Meeting Your Needs
ACF will first meet with you to tour your woodlot as we discuss your goals for your timber. ACF will discuss your options for your woodlot and help you reach an obtainable goal.
HERBICIDE APPLICATION & TIMBER STAND IMPROVEMENT WORK (TSI)
There are a variety of reasons to conduct herbicide applications or TSI work in your woodlot. Herbicide application and TSI benefit your desirable species by removing your low grade or undesirable species from your woodlot.
TIMBER APPRAISAL
ACF can conduct a timber appraisal in a variety of ways that range in price. If you find yourself needing a timber appraisal, ACF will be happy to prepare one for you.
MANAGMENT PLANS
Managment plans are a great tool for parcels of land that are owned by multiple owners. A management plan will have the landowners' obtainable goals written down, as well as projected timber sales or TSI work for years to come. The biggest reason to implement a management plan is to sustainably manage your timber for future generations.
