TIMBER APPRAISAL

Anna's Consulting Forestry (ACF) is able to conduct timber appraisals for the landowner.  Having a timber appraisal conducted allows the landowner to know the value of their woodlot.  Anna's Consulting Forestry timber appraisals can be conducted using the following methods:

1. 100% cruise where I tally each individual tree.  This method is the most accurate, however, it is the most expensive.

2. Variable plot sampling, or fixed plot sampling.  This method is not as accurate, but I can conduct the appraisal in the fraction of the time, saving cost to the landowner.
